COLLEY - Peacefully with his loving family at his side on Wednesday, June 13, 2007. Wilfred G. Colley of Woodingford Lodge and formerly of Woodstock and Zephyr in his 77th year. Loved husband and soul mate of Rosalie M. Colley (nee Philips) for 56 years. Beloved father of Larry and his wife Pat of Woodstock, Randy and his partner Cathy of Sutton. Devoted grandfather of Cynthia Cabral and her husband Victor, and Christopher Colley all of Woodstock.. Proud great grandfather of Victoria Rose Cabral. Sadly missed by his brother Tom and his wife Ethel of Toronto, his sister-in-law Theresa Colley of Barrie, sisters and brothers in-law, nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by his parents Louis and Gwendolyn Colley, sister Violet and brothers Jack, Billie and Ritchie. Wilf worked at King Truck Engineering in Woodstock and later at Wajax and Rocwin in Toronto. He was an active Shriner in the Clown Unit in Woodstock (Jolly), past member of the King Solomon’s Masonic Lodge #43 Woodstock, and also loved putting a smile on the faces of young and old alike as Santa Claus. He was Past President of the Oxford Fish and Game Club and will be sadly missed by all his hunting and fishing buddies and everyone else on Legros Lake in Arnstein. Friends may call at the R.D. LONGWORTH FUNERAL HOME 845 Devonshire Ave. Woodstock (519-539-0004) Friday 2-4 and 7-9 pm where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel Saturday at 2:00 pm. Interment in Arnstein Cemetery, Arnstein on Sunday, June 17, 2007 at 1:00 pm. A special thank you to Dr. Jonny Tam and all the staff at Woodingford Lodge for their excellent care and kindness.
