SHIPP - At Woodstock General Hospital on Wednesday, July 11, 2007. Jim Shipp of Woodstock, in his 69th year. After a short and courageous fight with cancer. Jim leaves behind his beloved wife and best friend Nancy Shipp (nee Jackson). Best father to Robin and husband Dan Armstrong, and Mike Shipp. Devoted papa to Brianne, Alyssa and Kayla Armstrong. Jim was heavily involved with his successful plumbing business and much involved in local minor sports throughout his life. Always looking to laugh and make the people around him happy. Jim always took life lightly and found humor even in his final moments. He will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by all he touched in his life. All are welcome for a celebration of Jim’s life at his home on 541 Huron St. in Woodstock on Friday, July 13th, 2007 between 2-7 p.m. Thanks to all our friends and medical staff for their support throughout.
