Longhurst, Mrs. Betty Jean (Died)

LONGHURST - Mrs. Betty Jean Longhurst, age 57, of Stratford passed away peacefully at the Stratford General Hospital on Friday, October 26, 2007. Born in Woodstock, daughter of the late William and Eleanor Longhurst. Survived by her special friend Joseph Whittaker of Stratford. Loving mother of Chuck and Leanne, Shawn, Don and Lis, Trevor and Linda, Josephine and Stewart Davis and Bob Whittaker. She will be forever missed by her grandchildren Cody, Wyatt, Mara, Kyle and Kyana. Also survived by brother Dave and Sandra Longhurst and sister Doreen MacMillian and several nieces and nephews. Friends and relatives may call at the W.G. Young Funeral Home, 430 Huron Street, Stratford on Monday, October 29th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the Funeral Home on Tuesday at 1:30 pm. followed by reception. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Canadian Diabetes Association through the funeral home.
