BISHOP - At the Woodstock General Hospital on Sunday, November 4, 2007. Joan Ellena Bishop of Woodstock in her 77th year. Beloved wife of Robert (Bob). Loving mother of Pam and husband Peter Christie of London. She will be sadly missed by her granddaughter Erin Johnson and David Johnson of London, England. Lovingly remembered by nieces Julie Penny (Brent), Jane Prouse, Jill Richardson (Rick) , Wendy VanDaele (Jerry), Laura Bishop-Blackburn (David) and a nephew Randy Bishop (Brenda) Friends will be received at THE ARN-LOCKIE FUNERAL HOME, 45 Main St. W. Norwich (519) 863-3020 on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service to celebrate Joan's life will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, November 10th at 11 a.m. with Rev. Donna Bowman-Woodall officiating. Interment Norwich Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Woodstock Hospital Foundation or charity of choice would be appreciated.
