PELLOW, Donald George - Peacefully, with family at his bedside at Headwaters Health Care Centre, Orangeville, Ontario on Wednesday, December 12, 2007, Donald George Pellow in his 62nd year; Much loved husband of Stephanie Pellow (Priest-in-Charge St. Alban’s Anglican Church, Grand Valley); father of Nicholas, Vanessa (Daniel Lafleur) and Jessica Pellow (Monty Walsh); light-hearted ‘Grandpa’ of Grant and Tristan Lafleur, and Honorary ‘Grandpa’ of Katie, Cecily and Hannah Fursman; Best brother of Marnie and John Sebok, uncle of Jonathan Sebok (Lisa), Andrew Sebok (Laurie), great-uncle of Kristopher, Troy, Meg and Devin Sebok; Brother-in-law of Andrew Lanaway, uncle of Rhys and Zoe Lanaway; Brother-in-law of Miranda Romanick (John Cottee); uncle of Devon Romanick-VanGyssel (Matt) and Ellen Cottee. Don’s passing is also mourned by members of the Pellow, Potter and Murphy families and by his many friends. Don was predeceased by his parents Ross and Jean Pellow, step-father Vernon Murphy and Stephanie’s parents Marjorie and Mackenzie Lanaway. Don operated his business, Don Pellow Drafting Services, in the Caledon/Orangeville area for close to 30 years. He was the Organist and Choir Director at St. Mark’s Anglican Church for over 20 years. Both occupations brought him joy and fulfillment. The family will receive friends at the DODS AND McNAIR FUNERAL HOME AND CHAPEL, 21 First St., Orangeville (519-941-1392) on Sunday, December 16, 2007 from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Mark’ s Anglican Church, 5 First Ave., Orangeville on Monday, December 17, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations to St. Mark’s Anglican Church, SickKids Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society, Headwaters Healthcare Chaplaincy Program or Charity of Choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
