MCEWEN - Surrounded by her family at Woodingford Lodge on Wednesday, January 16, 2008. Eva Blair McEwen (nee Parker) of Woodstock in her 87th year. Beloved wife of over 62 years to George Murray McEwen. Dear mother of Heather Stock and her husband George of Tavistock, Murray McEwen and his wife Lynne of St. George and Ken McEwen and his wife Linda of Alberta. Loved grandmother of Laura Stafford and her husband Richard, Gordon, Jennifer, Christopher and Carolyn and great grandmother of Quinn and Mikayla Stafford. Eva was a longtime member of St. David’s United Church. Friends may call at the LONGWORTH FUNERAL HOME, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, (519-539-0004) on Friday January 18, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at St. David’s United Church, 190 Springbank Ave. N., Woodstock on Saturday, January 19, 2008 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Jane VanPatter officiating. Cremation to follow. Interment later in the Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery.
