MACKENZIE - Deceased - Chapter Two. While his loved ones laughed and enjoyed a story, David MacKenzie slipped stealthily on to new adventures on Wednesday, February 27, 2008. Yes. David MacKenzie, but not that David MacKenzie. David Alexander MacKenzie A.K.A: Joshua J.P. Jackson (Jr.) Who can say that this man did not make them smile? He made it his personal mission to brighten each handshake, each conversation, each interaction. Did you ever ask him "How are you?" Then you know that his answer was always "Wonderful - excellent!"
