KAYS, Thomas Samuel - Suddenly on March 10th, 2008 at the Douglas Memorial Hospital in his 79 year. Loving husband of the late Lyn Kays (October 2004). Tom will be sadly missed by his brother Edward of Woodstock his sister Anne Cortesis of Coburg many nieces, nephews, neighbours and his many friends. Tom was a dedicated member of the Fort Erie community. He consistently provided his time and energy to worthy causes, political activities and charitable events. He was a proud member of the Fort Erie Kinsmen, Royal Canadian Legion Br.#71 and Palmer Lodge 372 A.F. and A.M. BENNER FUNERAL SERVICES, 1105 Benner Ave. Fort Erie entrusted with arrangements. Friends and family are welcome to pay their respects on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Services of remembrance at the funeral home as follows – Masonic Lodge 6 p.m., Legion 7:30 p.m., Kinsmen 7:15 p.m. If so desired, contributions to Br.#71 of the Royal Canadian Legion or the Fort Erie Kinsmen in Tom’s memory would be appreciated. Cards available at the funeral home.
