BUSHELL- Surrounded by his family at Alexandra Hospital, Ingersoll on Tuesday, June 10, 2008, Norman Arthur Bushell, (Captain Retired), of Ingersoll, in his 81st year. Son of the late Arthur Bushell and Marjorie Bailey. Beloved husband of Theresa (Kirwin) Bushell for 49 years. Sadly missed by his sons, spouses and grandchildren: Brian and Geri, Lance, Cassey, Luke of Edmonton; Terry and Mary, Andrew, Jeffrey, Jeremy, Amy, Bradley of Ingersoll; Kevin and Karen, Ryan and Martha, Scott, Kimberley of Ingersoll. Dear brother of Ruth and David Gaudreau of Niagara Falls and Sylvia and Harry Morehouse of British Columbia. Brother-in-law of Sister Mary Leo of London, Kathleen Kirwin of Toronto, Alice Kirwin of Cold Lake, Dr. Robert and Paula Stephenson of Ingersoll, Leo and Audrey Kirwin of Ingersoll, Michael and Aline Kirwin of Toronto, James and Maureen Kirwin of London and many nieces and nephews. Stepson of Evelyn Bushell of Niagara Falls. Predeceased by first wife Eva (Parry), brother Tom Bushell, brothers-in-law Joseph Kirwin, Patrick Kirwin and Thomas Kirwin. Navy Veteran of WW II, transfered post war to R.C.A.F. where he served for over 30 years. Retired as Detachment Commander (quality control) liason with Spar Aerospace, Toronto. Spent several years at Timberjack, Woodstock and Canada Post as well as Projectionist at local movie theatres. Active member of the Ingersoll Lion's Club, Ingersoll Legion Branch #119 and the Knights of Columbus. Friends will be received at the McBEATH-DYNES FUNERAL HOME, 246 Thames St. S., Ingersoll Thursday 7-9 p.m. and Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Church, Ingersoll on Saturday, June 14, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. Interment Sacred Heart Cemetery. Royal Canadian Legion Memorial Service Friday at 6:30 p.m. Parish Prayers Friday at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to Alexandra Hospital Foundation or Sacred Heart Building Fund would be appreciated.
