Aspden, Samantha "Sammy" (Died)

ASPDEN - Samantha (Sammy) -Suddenly, as the result of an accident, on Sunday, June 15, 2008, Sammy Aspden of Vanessa in her 19th year. Beloved daughter of Cathy and the late Reg Aspden (2004); Dear sister of Lacey and Dave Clark, Hailey, Buddy, and Jacey; Special aunt of Seth; Loving granddaughter of Jim and Margaret McGee and the late Walter and Florence Aspden; Also survived by aunts and uncles Bruce and Linda Aspden, Lorrie and Dave Landsborough, Meg and Pete Ostropolec. She is predeceased by her cousin Jason Landsborough. Sammy will be fondly remembered by Rob Murray, Russ and Marilyn Murray, Jill and Brian Dunk and many cousins and friends. Sammy was part of a successful cheer team at SCS that competed at county, provincial and national meets, She was always full of life and enthusiasm. Friends will be received at the KEITH OVINGTON FUNERAL HOME, 134 King Street, Burford on Friday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Simcoe Composite School, 40 Wilson Avenue, on Saturday, June 21, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Jim McGee officiating.
