TANNER - At the Woodstock General Hospital on Friday, September 5, 2008. Robert "Bob" Martin Tanner formerly of Woodstock in his 78th year. Beloved husband of the late Minnie (Wilson) (1998). Loving father of Katherine Lightheart and husband Ron of Norwich, Bob Jr. and spouse Bonnie Hart of Woodstock. Dear grandfather of Jason Lightheart and wife Laura of Norwich, Tammy Kranendonk and husband Hugo of R.R.#1 Norwich, Samantha Tanner of Woodstock; great grandchildren Cassandra and Chevy Lightheart, Tyler and Alysha Kranendonk. Brother of Doug of Woodstock, Judy Johnson and husband Terry of Woodstock; sister in law Flossie Tanner of Woodstock. Predeceased by his parents Clarence and Dorothy Tanner and a brother George Tanner. Bob served in the Canadian Armed Forces for 25 years. Friends will be received at THE ARN-LOCKIE FUNERAL HOME, 45 Main St. W. Norwich on Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A private family service will be held on Wednesday, September 10th with Vi Sackrider officiating. Interment Oxford Centre Pioneer Cemetery.
