CAPLING - Peacefully at Woodstock General Hospital on Saturday, September 20, 2008, Walter Capling of Woodstock in his 85th year. Beloved husband of the late Lila (2000). Dear father of Reg Capling (Cheryl), Rick Capling (Martha) and Lillian Richards, all of Woodstock. Loving grandfather of Leslie Kaczun (Tim), Christopher Capling, Jason Richards (Susan), Michael Richards (Shannon), Nicholas Richards (Nicole), and Jennifer Capling. Also lovingly remembered by eight great grandchildren. Dear brother of Wilson Capling (Blanch) and Orval Capling (Helen) and brother-in-law of Marion Capling and George and Verna Fournie, all of Woodstock. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brothers James, Albert, William, Henry and Russell. Friends were received at the SMITH-LeROY FUNERAL HOME, 69 Wellington Street North, Woodstock on Sunday, 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service in the chapel on Monday, September 22, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. Private interment at Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery.
