Bidwell, Wayne John (Died)

BIDWELL - At Woodstock General Hospital on Monday, October 20, 2008. Wayne John Bidwell of Woodstock in his 74th year. Dear friend of Pauline of Woodstock. Loved brother of Betty McCutcheon and her husband Ralph of Sweaburg, Clark Bidwell and his wife Jean of Woodstock, Howard Burton and his wife Hajra of Vancouver, and Gerry Burton of London. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Wayne was a lifelong member of St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church and was involved with the Youth Group of the Knights of Columbus for 23 years. Wayne was also employed with Harvey Woods for several years. Friends will be received at the Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, (519-539-0004) on Thursday, October 23, 2008 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. where the funeral liturgy will be held in the chapel on Friday, October 24, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. with Father Augustine Ogundele officiating. Interment in St. Mary's Cemetery. Contributions to the London Health Sciences Centre - Multi-Organ Transplant Unit would be appreciated.
