KENNY, Betty Marie - At Meadow Park Nursing Home, London, on Wednesday, November 5th, 2008, after a long struggle with Parkinson's disease. Betty Marie (Duncan) Kenny, age 81, of London and Stokes Bay. Beloved wife and soul mate of Francis (Frank) Kenny for 62 years. Born in Belleville, Ontario on June 24th, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Mildred (Campbell) Duncan and John Duncan. Mother of Lynda Evoy and her husband Gerry of London, and Rick Kenny and his wife Louise of Woodstock. Grandmother of Michelle, Monique and Danielle, Tracey, Jeff, Tom, Cathy and Jo-Ann. Great-Grandmother of 12 and Great-Great-Grandmother of one. Also survived by her sister, Margaret Kenny of Bayfield, Ontario and Clearwater, Florida, sisters-in-law Marilyn (Harry) Medcalf of London, Joan Kenny of Sarnia, Betty Kenny of Windsor, Joan Kenny of Strathroy, and brothers-in-law Jimmy (Louise) Kenny of Sechelt, B.C. and Donald (Dorothy) Kenny of Lindsay. Betty bequeathed her body to the University of Western Ontario. A memorial service will be held at the Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North, on Saturday, November 15th, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. with visitation one hour prior to the service.
