BROUGHTON: Earl Grant - passed away peacefully on Monday December 22, 2008 at the Woodstock General Hospital. Earl Broughton of Woodstock in his 53rd year. Loving husband of Cathy (nee Gray) whom he married August 24, 1974. Dear father of Tommy Earl Broughton and Sara & husband John Bell Jr. all of Woodstock. He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Kristina, Ryan, Hailey, Aiden and Chloe. He will be remembered by his sisters Carol Beedie & Larry Thompson of Beachville, Connie Eastman & Paul Johnston of Woodstock, Roxanne & Lynn DeCroo of Hamilton and by his brother-in-law Raymond Cunningham of Woodstock.
Predeceased by his parents Leamon Broughton and Eleanor (Roloson) Broughton and by his sister Linda Cunningham. Relatives and friends may call at the Smith-LeRoy Funeral Home 69 Wellington Street North, Woodstock on Sunday December 28, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral Service will be conducted in the funeral home chapel on Monday December 29, 2008 at 2:00pm. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Scleroderma Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
