Full Text: Bowers, Audrey M. (R.N.) - Passed away at Markhaven Home for Seniors, Markham, on Saturday, December 27, 2008, in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Norman S. Bowers (long-time Grimsby physician). Loved mother of Bill Bowers and his wife Janis of Markham and Jeff Bowers and his wife Nancy of Ajax. Cherished grandmother of Brooke, Taylor, Jeffrey, Rebecca and Jordan. Dear sister of Bruce Hastings and his wife Margaret of London and the late Larry Hastings. Audrey was a graduate nurse from the Hamilton General Hospital. Cremation has taken place. Visitation at STONEHOUSE-WHITCOMB FUNERAL HOME, 11 Mountain Street, Grimsby (905-945-2755) on Wednesday, December 31, 2008, from 10 am until time of service at 11 a.m. Reception to follow.
