LEWIS - With her family by her side at the London Health Sciences Centre - Victoria Hospital Campus on Monday, January 5, 2009. Tamra Catherine Lewis of Woodstock in her 18th year. Cherished daughter of Gary and Deanna (nee Perrin) Lewis. Dear sister of Josh Lewis at home. Loved granddaughter of Ken and Jan Perrin of Woodstock and the late Harold and Alma Lewis. Dear niece of Drew Perrin and his wife Mary Catherine of BC, Margery Chapman and her husband Graham of Brantford, Pat Langdon and her husband Alf of Woodstock, Ken Lewis and his wife Vicki of Kitchener, Rob Lewis (Chris Thompson) of Innerkip and Ted Lewis and his wife Beth of Woodstock. Tamra will always be remembered by her many cousins, friends, and classmates at W.C.I.. She will be missed by her special friend and care worker Amanda Crawford. Friends may call at the Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Wednesday January 7, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Bruce Genge officiating. Interment later in the Anglican Cemetery.
