WAUGH - Peacefully, surrounded by his loving children and friends at Woodstock General Hospital on Tuesday, February 3, 2009. Robert Waugh of Woodstock in his 80th year. Beloved husband of 58 years to the late Margaret Waugh (nee McKillop) (2008). Dear father of Raymond of Tillsonburg, Robert (Bob) of Mount Forest, Dawncheryl Foster of Oakville and Rick of Woodstock. Loved grandfather of Shawn, Ian, Jean, Susan, Kayla and Jana Waugh; Jeffery Foster and Jennifer (Chris) Powell. Proud great grandfather of Emma Powell, Jordan and Ryan Foster. Dear brother of Jack, and Philip (Bev) Waugh. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers Fred (Louise), Gord (Helen), Bill; and sisters Patricia (Lawrence) Levesque, and Dorothy (Hugh) Little. Bob was employed with Dawes Bakery and then the Co-op (Woodstock) for over 43 years, retiring in 1995, and was an Associate Member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #55 Woodstock. Friends may call at the Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004) Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel Saturday at 1:30 p.m. with Pastor Violet Sackrider officiating.
