Leeson, Thomas F. (Died)

LEESON - Suddenly at his home on Tuesday, February 10, 2009, Thomas F. Leeson of Woodstock and formerly of Thamesville, in his 79th year. Beloved husband of Anne (formerly Dawson, nee Clements) and the late Verlie (nee Elliott). Dear father of T. Dale Leeson of Thamesville and Keith Leeson (Libby) of Woodstock, and step-father of Robbie Dawson (Patty) of Canton, NY. Loving grandfather of Nicholas, Jennifer, Jeffrey, Billy and the late Eric. Predeceased by his brother Wallace Leeson and his sister Rhoda Cowan. He will be remembered by his sister-in-law Louise Leeson of Woodstock, brother-in-law Elgin Cowan of Chatham and his many nieces and nephews. He will also be missed by his companion Scooter. T.F. Leeson & Sons was founded in 1978 by Tom who dedicated his professional life to building the business until his retirement in 2001. Friends will be received at the SMITH-LeROY FUNERAL HOME, 69 Wellington Street North, Woodstock on Friday, 6-8 p.m. Funeral service in the chapel on Saturday, February 14, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Ted Molyneaux officiating. Interment later at Mayhew Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Thamesville.
