ARMSTRONG, Ronald - Gone to be with the Lord on Monday, March 2, 2009, at the Woodstock General Hospital, in his 87th year. Predeceased by his parents Sam and Edith Armstrong of Port Burwell and sister Winnifred Osier. Survived by his wife of 64 years, Grace (nee Fraser). Beloved father of Judy (Richard) Sholdice of London and Corinne (Paul) Hildebrand of Regina, Saskatchewan. Dear grandfather of Tyler Hildebrand of Portage La Prairie, and Dawn-Marie Hildebrand of Winnipeg. Ron was a veteran of WWII serving in the Royal Canadian Navy. He was employed at General Motors Diesel for 30 years. Friends will be received at the SMITH-LeROY FUNERAL HOME, 69 Wellington Street North, Woodstock on Wednesday, from 12:30 to 1:30 pm for a Service of Remembrance in the chapel at 1:30 pm with Rev.
