Arden, Georgina (Died)

ARDEN - Georgina Arden, wife of the late John Arden, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 8, 2009 at Caressant Care in Woodstock. Born in Stockport, England on April 23, 1917, she came to Canada in 1953. She enjoyed many years in Timmins, before moving to Woodstock. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Sheila Arden, Dorothy Fordham (Brian), and Geoffrey Arden and her grandchildren Christopher Fordham, John Fordham (Stacy), Tammy Pimentel (Joe), Jeremy Arden, and Nathan Arden. She was a proud great grandmother to Kira, Dana, Serena, Devon and Kaidan. She will be missed by all her friends and family. Friends will be received at the SMITH-LeROY FUNERAL HOME, 69 Wellington Street North, Woodstock on Tuesday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service in the chapel on Wednesday, February 11, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. Spring interment at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
