CHARRON - Terrence “Terry” Dale Charron. Surrounded by his family and childhood friend at Caressant Care Nursing Home in Woodstock on Saturday, February 7th, 2009, in his 49th year. Terry will be dearly missed by his mother Margaret Charron and will be forever remembered by his sons Shane and Adam and daughters Brandy-Lee and her husband Rob Nikolasevic and Jennifer and her husband Bryan Richardson. Terry was a very proud grandfather to Ethan and Emma Nikolasevic. He will be sadly missed by his brothers Richard of St. Thomas and Mark Allen (Rosanna) of New Westminster, BC, and sisters Yvonne (Tim) Wilkins of Burgessville, Cheryl Wilkins of Cobourg, and Jacqueline (Bill) Chapman of Woodstock. Terry will be fondly remembered by all his nieces and nephews, Nicole, Genevieve, Brandon, Caolan, Erin, Jacqueline, Susanne, Faye, Jessica, Gerrit, Jade, Hannah, Tiaranni, Rachel and Logan. Also fondly remembered by his many aunts, uncles, and cousins, the Cook family, and all the people he touched during his life. Terry will be mourned by his friends in Ontario and British Columbia. Terry was predeceased by his infant son Terry Junior, his brother Michael, his father Alfred “Fritzie”, and his grandparents Hermel and Julia Charron, and Cedrick and Rosetta Baines. Terry was a mason by trade and his creativity will live on in the homes, businesses, churches, and public buildings he so lovingly worked on. Terry enjoyed family time, his work, fishing, hiking, hockey, cycling, camping, renovating his home, and especially playing his guitars and singing with friends. Friends will be received at the SMITH-LeROY FUNERAL HOME, 69 Wellington Street North, Woodstock on Wednesday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service at Faithway Baptist Church, 439 Athlone Avenue, Woodstock on Thursday, February 12, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Ken Ingram officiating. Cremation, followed by interment later at St. Mary's Cemetery.
