CARTER - At Woodstock General Hospital on Sunday, May 3, 2009, Mollie Carter (nee Baldwin) of Woodstock in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late Frank Carter (2001). Dear mother of Joan Franklin of Mount Pleasant, Betty Fullerton of Woodstock, Jack Carter (Bev) of Woodstock, and Bill Carter (Elaine) of Norwich and mother-in-law of Melanie Carter of Woodstock. Loved grandmother of ten grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Predeceased by her son Ted Carter, sons-in-law Donald Fullerton and Don Franklin and her brother Jack Baldwin. Friends will be received at the Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, (519-539-0004) on Tuesday, May 5, 2009 after 10:00 a.m., where the funeral service will be held in the chapel at 11:00 a.m. with Rev.
