Full Text: Lowes, Lynford (Cecil) - Peacefully, at his home on Saturday, July 11, 2009. Cecil Lowes in his 77th year. Dear father of Brenda McLanders (John), Gail Garside (Donnie), Dale Schleihauf (Steve), James (Barb), Cecil (Marilyn), Cheryl Spruyt (Alphonse) Debusschere. Loving grandpa to 17 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Fondly remembered by 2 sisters Irene, Linda and 3 brothers Patrick, George and Bob also many nieces and nephews. Cecil was a member of The Royal Canadian Legion Branch #55 and The National Firearms Association. Friends will be received at the McBeath-Dynes Funeral Home, 246 Thames St. South, Ingersoll on Wednesday 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Thursday, July 16, 2009 at 11 a.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations to The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario or Canadian Lung Association would be appreciated by the Lowes family. (Cheques accepted).
