ROPP – At Woodstock General Hospital on Wednesday, August 12, 2009, David E. Ropp of Woodstock in his 75th year. Beloved husband of Lynn (nee Lynch) for 53 years. Dear father of Denise Naomi Ropp of Saskatchewan, Shawn David Ropp (Kim) of London, and Dalton Scott Ropp (D’Arcy) of Woodstock. Loving grandfather of Michelle, Jaymz, Emersun, and Ryen. Dear brother of Clarence Ropp (Monica) of Kitchener and Mildred Jensen of Stratford, and brother-in-law of Helen Ropp of London and Gerrie and Bill Loveless of Nepean. Predeceased by his parents Victor and Mary Ropp, his brothers Douglas, Harold and John, and his sister Grace. A private family funeral service will be followed by cremation. A memorial reception will be held at College Avenue Church’s Memorial Hall, 22 Wilson Street, Woodstock on Monday, August 31, 2009, from 7:00 to 9:00 pm.
