BAER - At Woodstock General Hospital on Saturday December 19, 2009 S. Roy Baer (Pete Piggott) of RR#2 Princeton, in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of Norma L. Baer (nee Zavitz). Dear father of Howard Baer (Kathy Gibbons), Frank (Nancy) Baer, Karen Baer (Bruce Cameron), Nancy Baer (Frank DeSwart), and Jeanette Serrador (Gerald Saunders). Roy will be lovingly remembered by his 11 grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Dear brother of Elsie Gunter and Joyce (Ken) Govier. Predeceased by his parents Abe and Mary Baer, and John and Charlotte Piggott, brothers Frank and Art Baer, sisters Gladys Baer and Eva Jones, as well as his son Darryl "Joe" Baer and grandson Christopher Mountney and brother-in-law Leo Gunter. Friends will be received at the Longworth Funeral Home on Wednesday December 23rd, 2009 from 2:30-4:30 and 7-9pm, where the service will be held in the chapel Thursday December 24th 2009 at 1:30pm.
