Jake passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 6, 2010 at the Woodstock General Hospital.
He is survived by his beloved wife Phyllis. He will be sadly missed by sons William, of Brampton, On., Alan of Hamilton, On., Doug (Valerie) of Qu'appelle, Sask., daughters Judy (Dorman) and Shirley Anne, all of Fort McMurray, Ab., 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. At Jake's request there will be no funeral service or visitation. Donations in his memory should be made to the charity of your choice.
