PROPER, Gary Melvin - Suddenly at Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital on Friday March 19, 2010, Gary Proper of RR#1 Norwich in his 55th year. Loving husband of Dianne (Miller). Dear son of Mary and the late Melvin E. Proper of Woodstock, son-in-law of Tom and Marg Miller of Woodstock. Dear brother of Donna Hyndman and husband Randy of Woodstock, Doug Proper and wife Lucia of Cathcart, Dave Proper and wife Pam of Wingham. Brother-in-law of Karen Oosterveld of Woodstock, Cathy Wells and husband Bill of Innerkip, Tom Miller and wife Tammy of Goderich, Wendy Tabor and husband Duane of Woodstock. Predeceased by brother-in-law Albert Oosterveld. He will be missed by all of his nieces and nephews and his dogs Cody and Nevaeh. Friends will be received at THE ARN-LOCKIE FUNERAL HOME, 45 Main St. W., Norwich (519) 863-3020 on Tuesday 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. An informal service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday March 24, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. (casual attire).
