RICHARDSON, L. Hardee - At the Woodstock General Hospital, on Monday, April 12th, 2010. L. Hardee Richardson in his 80th year. Beloved husband of Donna Richardson (nee Dawson) for over 56 years. Dear father of Cindy Thornton and her husband Ross of Hickson and Dave Richardson and his wife Kathy of Oxford Centre. Loved grandfather of Douglas Thornton (Ben Benedict), Heather Thornton (Kent Konorowski), Matt Richardson (Samantha Smith), Amanda Clarke (Jeff) and Courtney Richardson. Dear brother of Jim Richardson of Woodstock. Hardee was a dairy farmer in Oxford Centre for many years, was a member of Ducks Unlimited for over 20 years. Served on Norwich Town Council and was an active member of the Norwich Curling Club. Friends may call at the Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Avenue, Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Thursday, April 15th, 2010 from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., where a memorial service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday, April 16th, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Barbara Dawson officiating. Cremation has taken place. Interment immediately following the service in the Oxford Centre Pioneer Cemetery.
