Licence to operate an ambulance service.
Under the Ambulance Services Act, 1966 and the regulations, and subject to the limitations thereof, this licence is issued to
NIAGARA VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT
NIAGARA-ON-THE-LAKE, ONTARIO
This licence expires with the 31st day of December, 1968.

Dated at Toronto this 27th day of June 1968.

Notes
"In 1948 the townspeople collected donations to purchase an ambulance. This service ran until 1980 when the Ontario Health Department took it over."
