Raney and James Judson Vrooman all of the Village of Qeenston in the County of Lincoln in Ontario aforesaid as Trustees of the Regular Baptist Church nominated and appointed under and by virtue of an act of the Provincial Parliament of the Province of Upper Canada passed in the eighth year of the reign of his late Majesty King George the Fourth entitled an Act for the benefit of Religious Societies therein mentioned of the second part Witnesseth, that in consideration of Three hundred and fifty Dollars, of lawful money of Canada now paid by the said parties of the Second part to the said party of the first part (the receipt whereof is hereby by him acknowledged) he the said party of the first part Doth grant unto the said party of the Second part their Successors and assigns FOR EVER.
