This list was posted up in the clerk's office on the 27th day of October, 1959.

"I, John K. Couillard, clerk of the Municipality of the Township of Niagara, in the County of Lincoln, certify that the within list is a correct list of all persons appearing by the assessment roll to be entitled to vote at Provincial and Municipal elections in this Municipality and of all persons appearing by the assessment roll to be entitled to vote at Municipal Elections only in this Municipality, and that the letters "M. P." have been inserted in the proper column opposite the names of all persons appearing by the assessment roll to be voters at Municipal Elections only, and I hereby call upon all voters to take immediate proceedings to have any omissions or errors corrected according to law.
Dated this 2nd day of October 1959.

The aggregate number of persons entitled to serve as Jurors on the Voters' List of the Township of Niagara is Two Thousand Three Hundred and Eighty-two (2,382)."

INSTRUCTIONS

The Sheriff shall, immediately upon receipt of his copies, cause one of them to be posted up in a conspicuous place in the Court House; the Clerk of the Peace, upon receipt of his copies, shall cause one of them to be posted up in a conspicuous place in his office; and every Postmaster shall post up one copy in his Post Office; R.S.O., 1950, Chapter 414, Stefan 11, Amended 1951, Chapter 93, Section 11.

THIS LIST WAS POSTED UP IN THE CLERK'S OFFICE

on the 27th day of October, 1959.

Appeals must be made within fourteen days after posting date.
