"And it is further witnessed by the said indenture that in consideration of the premises and of the further sum of ten shillings...he the said Thomas Clark Street did grant unto the said Bell Duncan her heirs and assigns...and also Lot number one Hundred and forty and ten feet of the north end of Lot number one Hundred and forty one in the Village of 0ueenston in the Township of Niagara in the County of Lincoln and Province aforesaid.
