ABSTRACT OF TITLE

Registry Office of the Registry Division of the County of Lincoln, Province of Ontario.

I CERTIFY that the following are correct Extracts from the only instruments recorded in this office which mention or refer to Lot No. 141 according to registered plan No. 37 of the Village of Queenston, in the Twp. of Niagara, County of Lincoln, as described in instrument of this Abstract No. 467 from said No. 467 up to and including Corporation Plan No. 1.

This Abstract does not purport to give entries from the General Register or from the Bankruptcy Books or instruments referred to in R.S.O. 1937. Chap. 170, S. 71.

DATED AT ST. CATHARINES this Twenty-first day of October A.D. 1952 at the hour of 9.30 o'clock A.M.

Parties returning an Abstract to be continued must send the WHOLE ABSTRACT in the same state that it was issued from this office.

Description of Land: "he the said Thomas Clark Street did grant unto the said Thomas Stewart Gladstone and Robert Gladstone their heirs and assigns as joint tenants the several parcels of land described in the Schedule marked number one thereunto annexed in trust for the said George John Duncan Bell Duncan and the children of the said Bell Duncan, in which said Schedule number one are comprised the lands following that is to say"... "And it is further witnessed by the said indenture that in consideration of the premises and of the further sum of ten shillings...he the said Thomas Clark Street did grant unto the said Bell Duncan her heirs and assigns...and also Lot number one Hundred and forty and ten feet of the north end of Lot number one Hundred and forty one in the Village of 0ueenston in the Township of Niagara in the County of Lincoln and Province aforesaid. Description of Land: ...being in the village of Queenston in the County of Lincoln in the Province of Ontario in the Dominion of Canada being Lot No. 140 & 10 ft. more or less of the north end of Lot No. 141 in the aforesaid village of Queenston being the whole of Lot No 140 and that part of Lot No. 141 which is conveyed by a deed from The Honourable John Hamilton of Kingston and the late Thomas Clerk Street Esquire to the party hereto of the 1st part and which said deed describes the said whole Lot as they are intended to be conveyed by these presents.

"Whereas at a meeting of the congregation of the Queenston Regular Baptist Church held on the seventh day of May, 1914 duly called

for that purpose the grantors were duly appointed trustees for that church and have since continued to act and are now acting as such and ...". See instrument for further recitals.
