ABSTRACT OF TITLE

Registry Office of the Registry Division of the County of Lincoln, Province of Ontario.

I CERTIFY that the following are correct Extracts from the only instruments recorded in this office which mention or refer to Lot No. one hundred and forty one (141) according to registered plan No. 37 of the Village of Queenston, in the Township of Niagara, County of Lincoln, as described in instrument of this Abstract No. 7999 (1928) from No. 467 (1871) from said No. 467 up to and including Corporation Plan No. 1.

This Abstract does not purport to give entries from the General Register or from the Bankruptcy Books or instruments referred to in R.S.O. 1937. Chap. 170, S. 71.

DATED AT ST. CATHARINES this First of October A.D. 1928 at the hour of 3:05 o'clock P.M.

Parties returning an Abstract to be continued must send the WHOLE ABSTRACT in the same state that it was issued from this office.

Description of Land: ...being in the village of Queenston in the County of Lincoln in the Province of Ontario in the Dominion of Canada being Lot No. 140 & 10 ft. more or less of the north end of Lot No. 141 in the aforesaid village of Queenston being the whole of Lot No 140 and that part of Lot No. 141 which is conveyed by a deed from The Honourable John Hamilton of Kingston and the late Thomas Clerk Street Esquire to the party hereto of the 1st part and which said deed describes the said whole Lot as they are intended to be conveyed by these presents.
