This Indenture made (in duplicate) the day of one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight
Between
THE HOME MISSION BOARD OF THE BAPTIST CONVENTION
HEREINAFTER CALLED THE PARTY OF THE FIRST PART

AND

QUEENSTON WOMEN’S INSTITUTE
HEREINAFTER CALLED THE PARTY OF THE SECOND PART

Witnesseth that the said party of the First Part for and in consideration of other valuable consideration and the sum of one dollar of lawful money of Canada, to it in hand paid by the said party of the second part at or before the sealing and delivery of these Presents (the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,) Both granted, released and quitted claim and by these presents Both Grant, Release and Quit Claim unto the said party of the second Part its successors and assigns FOR EVER; All the Estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever both at law and in equity or otherwise howsoever and whether in possession or expectancy of it the said party of the First Part, of in to or out of All and Singular that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate lying and being in the Village of Queenston in the Township of Niagara in the County of Lincoln and being composed of Lot number one hundred and forty-one on Queen Street in the said Village of Queenston according to registered Village Plan.

Together with the appurtenances thereto belonging or appertaining.

To have and to hold the aforesaid lands and premises with all and singular the appurtenances thereto belonging and appertaining unto and to the use of the said party of the second Party/successors and assigns FOR EVER; Subject Nevertheless to the reservations, limitations, provisoes and conditions expressed in the Original Grant thereof from the Crown.

In Witness whereof party of the first part hath affixed its corporate seal attested by the hands of its proper officers in that behalf
