Program of a special performance "You never can tell" by Bernard Shaw marking the visit of Elizabeth II Prince Philip to the Shaw Festival Theatre, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario on June 28, 1973.
A gate fold brochure made by folding both end panels of a page inward so they meet in the middle. Program consists of four outside panels covered in royal blue velvet, containing general information about this performance and four inside paper panels with a list of the actors, production staff and people involved with the festival.
Notes
Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip attended the play at the new Shaw Festival Theatre on June 28, 1973. The new Festival Theatre was officially opened by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II on June 28, 1973.

Following the final curtain there will be a ten minute interval during which time the Festival Company will be presented to Her Majesty The Queen and His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh.

During this time, the curtain will be down and we ask that members of the audience remain in their seats until the Royal Party makes its departure through the auditorium.

God Save The Queen will be played as the Royal Party leaves the auditorium and it is requested that all guests remain in their places until the Royal Party has left the Festival Theatre.
