- Frank Howard Lowrey was born in St. Davids, Ontario on April 8, 1866 to David Jackson Lowrey and Elizabeth Catherine Teeter.
In 1901 he married Maud Elizabeth Woodruff (1875 - 1916) and they had 4 children:
Vera Marie Lowrey 1901-1922
Arthur Vivian Lowrey 1910-1986
Stanley Richard Lowrey 1907-1969
Katharine Pauline Lowrey 1915-1990
Frank Howard married again and his second wife was Harriet B. Wright (1881 - 1966).
He passed away on 26 Aug 1942 in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada.
