Garrett, District Deputy Grand Master, Niagara District 'A', Niagara Lodge, No. 2, in 1991-1992, coincident with the Bicentennial of Niagara Lodge, No. 2. Previously worn by R.W. Bro. Stanley B. Welstead, District Deputy Grand Master, Niagara District 'A', 1980-1981, Niagara Lodge, No. 2.
Golden embroidery on navy blue fabric.
