Pair of cuffs for the regalia of the District Deputy Grand Master, Niagara District 'A'. Last worn by R.W. Bro. Douglas J. Garrett, District Deputy Grand Master, Niagara District 'A', Niagara Lodge, No. 2, in 1991-1992, coincident with the Bicentennial of Niagara Lodge, No. 2. Previously worn by R.W. Bro. Stanley B. Welstead, District Deputy Grand Master, Niagara District 'A', 1980-1981, Niagara Lodge, No. 2.
Golden embroidery on navy blue fabric.
