- "Born, raised and a life-long resident of St. Davids, Jack Lowrey represents everything this Wall ever dreamed of recognizing. Jack is arguably, the most prodigious golf talent who's ever graced our community. With well over 40 individual championships to his credit. Jack has also played internationally on innumerable teams representing Ontario. In the 1950's this brought recognition by U.S. President Eisenhower and Vice President Nixon. Be it as a champion of St. Catherines, St. Davids and/or Queenston Golf Clubs, the Porter Cup or the Champion of Champions Golf Tournament and equally, as a participant in the U.S. Jr. Golf Championship or the Canadian Open. Jack Lowrey was always the consummate athlete, ultimate gentleman and prideful representative of his town, Niagara-on-the-Lake."
