- The Niagara on the Lake traffic committee submitted this report to the town council on September 14th 1989. The report is divided into 4 subsections. First an introduction, second a look at problems with traffic flow in the Old Town such as traffic congestion and parking availability. The third section is an overview of the traffic committees plan for improvement which includes new traffic flow patterns and a new bus route. Finally, the last section of the report outlines the traffic committees overall conclusions.
