- This plaque has the names of all of the members of the local (Niagara Region) militias who "gave their lives for their country" during the War of 1812. The plaque contains the names of those who were killed in action or died of wounds from a battle. The plaque includes soldiers who served in the 1st Lincoln Militia Regiment, the 2nd Lincoln Militia Regiment and Incorporated Militia, Artillery, Car Brigade and Dragoons.
