I have an old leather bound Douglas Family Bible with family pictures that I have been trying to identify. It was given to me by my father Dr K. W. Douglas. He acquired it from a local Church in Eden where the three Douglas brothers attended Services. It is my understanding that The Douglas Hill Cemetery was at one time part of the John Douglas farm and set aside as a family cemetery.
I have only been able to trace the family back to Roxburgh, Scotland area. After that, nothing.
