Hello! Now that I can travel to Canada again, are there copies of this volume in the Stratford library ornthenWaterloo county library?
According to my OGS search, my 5x great grandfather John Philip Saltzberger is in this book. Although, Inhave found land maps containgnmy other ancestors, I am looking for proof of his land beyond the Eby biography. Bio claims he arrived in 1802.
Trying to find land records for those who came from the Pennsylvania migration is difficult unless the name is a well known one. (1802-1815). I am also trying to find records of his son-in-law who appeared ro be an innkeeper, John Jones (4th ggf) first came to Preston. not sure of the the year. Def before 1819. Bio states he came as a “young man”. not surenif that is age 10 or 20!
