- A family history of Rose Nimmo Engelhardt, daughter of George Nimmo who immigrated from Scotland to Southwold Township Elgin County in 1868. In 1878 they moved to Mount Forest and by 1884 the family was living in Ingersoll. Rose is a descendant of Thomas Nimmo and Marion Kerr Chalmers of Scotland. The history follows Rose and her family to San Francisco California.
