He stated that this was his fourth visit to America, and was glad to avail himself of the invitation extended on the part of the Canadian brethem, and of having the privilege of visiting them for the first time,. He gave an account of what had been accomplished through the orraniza tion of Good Templars in England, with which he had been identifi@d for over eight years.
