Waubaushene seniors entertain Port McNico!! club by Charlotte Gerdes Waubaushene -- Senior Citizens Club 438, en- tertained the Port MeNicoll Senior Citizens Club 365, on Monday April 26, in the St. John's Parish Hall. Mr. Cliff Thompson introduced the President, welcomed all the members from Port MeNicoll. Mr. Thompson was in charge of the afternoon's entertainment, and he told several humorous jokes. Mrs. Bunton read a very humorous story entitled "Why I had To Rosemary Gulliver read a funny poem called "The Bedpan". Then Mr. Thompson read another poem entitled "Old Age Is Hell". Mrs. Gulliver gave a very interesting talk on the Tarsands of Alberta. Following this everyone joined in a singsong while some of the members set out bingo cards, which everyone enjoyed playing for a penny a card.
