Robert S Shelley, Industrial Management Consultant with the Ontario Ministry of Industry and Tourism, located in Orillia, and representatives from the Ontario Development Corporation, Canada Manpower, Department of Industry, Trade, and Commerce, and Georgian College, will participate The evening session, highlighted by a dinner address by Mr. Rives, will focus on stages of growth and transitional problems in industry.
