The provisions of this By-law shall apply to all lands fronting on the streets defined in Schedule 'A' attached hereto and forming part of this By-law. 2. No applicant shall be entitled to receive and no permit shall be issued by the Building Inspector of the Corporation or any other officer or servant or employee of the Corporation for the building of any building or structure on any land in the area restricted by this By-law until: (A) the defined street upon which the land fronts has been assumed by the Corporation, by a By-law hereafter enacted, as a_ public highway; -and- (B) the lot or parcel the subject matter of the building permit is serviced to its frontage by municipal water mains, and municipal sanitary sewer mains. 3. By-law Number 2916 is hereby repealed. This By-law shall come into force and take effect after the final passing thereof subject to the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
