The Area Three Gymnastics meet, sponsored by participating schools and the Simcoe County Board of Education, was held on Saturday at Midland Secon- dary School. The gym meet at Midland Secondary School went smoothly over the weekend. The meet involved seven schools and 250 par- ticipants. All were elementary schools with an age range of 6 to 16. The competing schools were: Corpus Christi school of Penetang, Monsignor Castex school of Midland, Midland Regent school, Victoria Harbour Public school, Huronia Elmvale Public school, Port MeNicoll Public school, and Parkview Public school in Midland Ken St. Amant and John Turner, physical education teachers at Corpus Christi school, were pleased with the turnout.
