Concerned parents plan meeting at MSS The next meeting of Midland and area parents concerned about young people and drug and alcohol abuse will be held at Midland Secondary School, Monday at 7:30 p.m. Meeting co-ordinator Elaine Kraftscik said Thursday that the first meeting dealt mainly with street (illegal) drugs and that the response of the group was concern and action.
